1. Who we are

CaseDiarySecure ("we", "us") provides case diary and practice management software for lawyers and law firms at https://casediarysecure.com and through our Android application. This policy explains how we handle personal data, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and other applicable law.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, phone number, firm name and login credentials when you sign up.
• Practice data — cases, hearing dates, endorsements, clients, appointments and reminders that you enter into the service.
• Payment data — subscription and transaction records. Card details are processed by our payment provider, Flutterwave; we never store full card numbers.
• Usage data — sign-in logs, IP address, approximate region (for regional pricing) and campaign-link clicks.

3. How we use data

We use your data to provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, send activation and reminder emails, show region-appropriate pricing, provide support and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

4. Tenant isolation

Each subscribing firm's practice data is kept in its own isolated workspace. Your clients can only access records you explicitly share with them through the client portal, and all portal access is logged.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and basic analytics on our marketing pages only. We do not place analytics or advertising trackers inside the application portals.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to allow reactivation. You may request export or deletion of your firm's data at any time by contacting support@casediarysecure.com.

7. Your rights

Under the NDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at support@casediarysecure.com to exercise these rights.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
