CaseDiarySecure provides case diary and practice management software for lawyers and law firms, accessible at https://casediarysecure.com and through our Android application. By creating an account you accept these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility. Accounts require email activation before use.
The service is sold on a yearly subscription with optional per-user and per-client add-ons, priced by region. Payments are processed by Flutterwave. Subscriptions renew for further terms unless cancelled before renewal. Trials are free and require no card.
You retain ownership of all practice data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you are entitled to store the client and case information you upload.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other subscribers' data, probe or disrupt the platform, or resell access without our written agreement.
Referral agents earn commission on qualifying paid signups attributed to their referral code, as tracked in the agent portal. Commission rates and payout schedules may be revised with notice.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". The service is a diary and management aid: you remain responsible for meeting court dates and professional obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
